  3 stars for tasty greasy tacos. The thing that turned me off was the handling of the food. 3 girls touched my food with their bare hands. I hope they washed their hands. Management needs to require them to wear gloves. The health department should do a random check on this establishment. That ain't right.

  I enjoy the food here as Paris is my home town and I love coming back home just for some Taco Delite Although, the service here is absolutely horrible. It's a shame that it makes me truly not want to visit solely based on customer service. As another reviewer said, you feel like a bother even trying to place an order. The speaker on the drive thru is horrible and has been for years. The lady who always has her hair in a bun is rude to me every single time I order. This place could be great with just a new drive thru speaker and friendlier staff.

  How this place stays in business is beyond me. (Disclaimer first: I have worked in food service including cashiering for years, and I'm very patient/forgiving/understanding at restaurants.) First time there, asked what options they have for meat. The response was hard to hear since she refused to talk to me straight and instead muttered with her back towards me, even when I politely asked her to repeat herself. It felt like I was inconveniencing them by ordering. Ordered two chicken fajita tacos, which is not what I got -- no big deal, right? Except that when I pointed out that I got the wrong thing, she again didn't listen or seem to hear me at all, and said something like, "No, there's chicken in there." Which there wasn't -- it was ground beef. And they charged me for 3 when I ordered two. Slow down and listen to what your customers are actually ordering, please! All of this could be forgiven if the food was good, but it was generic and bland. Generic taco meat, shredded yellow cheese, shredded iceberg. What the hell, Paris.

  I haven't lived in Paris for 17 years, but when I come back to visit family this spot is a must!  I crave their nachos and beef burritos all the time. There is nothing else like Taco Delite anywhere!

  I absolutely love Taco Delite. The food is great, but the staff is generally unfriendly. That is not an uncommon occurrence in Paris, however. I always get the chicken fajita salad, and it is great. The sweet tea is super sweet and delicious!
